Proposal & contract

Based on the discovery, a formal proposal, delivery steps, and commercials, along with terms and conditions will be shared. A formal contract document is agreed upon by both parties.

Delivery/Execution

Capability Building/HR Consultancy: 

Delivery as per agreement 

Coaching: 

As per contract 

Typically, regular 50–60-minute sessions weekly or biweekly for 3–6 months. 

Conclude

As we conclude our journey, we will submit required reports, observations and we'll integrate routines and practices to cement the learning and ensure sustained change.
